An old friend of mine, Sara Burton, from high school got married last night. She looked beautiful, and the ceremony classic and heartfelt. The reception included deliiiiicious cake, close friends and a blushing bride! Such a pretty bride!
I caught the bouquet...
Manny/petty, can't stop her now!

Snow and ice
So it sleeted and then snowed on Friday night, and Fayetteville is still feeling the effects of it all. We got 4-5 inches, and it's still a blast to sled and play on. I really just couldn't resist taking a few photos, so here you go. Also, I looked out my window this afternoon to see my 52 year old mother flying down my hill on a sled. I went outside and she just immediately started raving about how great the road was and how incredibly fast she got on each account. I thought that was funny, it was like she was 6 again.
Most of the icicles around my house were from the ground to the roof.
Here's the little house 2 days after initial snowfall.
Climbing down the screen.Ok. Who can resist taking a photo of an excited little cute doggy. Kima is deathly cute. She's opening her mouth kinda wide here though.

Here's the only picture of Karl's party last night that turned out on my camera. There's a fire in front of them by the way.

Yet another good show
Sooo....I went and saw Bob Schneider tonight at George's, and you might say I had a good time. Drew Holcomb opened for him, who I quite enjoyed, but the real show started at 10:15 when Batman(Bob) came on stage. It's the first time I have ever seen him live and he put on quite a show. The whole band seemed rather talented.
This is Drew Holcomb. I couldn't really get a very good photo of him cause' he kept on moving around.
Here's Bob.
Here's me giving Bob a kiss on the cheek next to their tour bus.
Oh wait, and this must be the shirt Bob was wearing when he asked me for my phone number. Naturally I gave it to him, but surely he won't call. The whole ordeal was rather amusing. And here he is again.

Soco does it in the mud
So there was a tournament this weekend in Little Rock/Conway, I'm not really sure what it was supposed to be. Anyways, it was good fun, and Soco ran a better record than any of the girls can remember. We made it to semi-finals and all in all went 4-2. The first day we played amaing and went 3-0, but something happened, and we went 1-2 on Sunday. Oh well, we're all pretty happy about the whole ordeal, despite the fact that it was snowing, muddy, cold, and the windchill was most likely -10 degrees. I may be exagerating about the wind chill, but that's what it felt like.
Damn it's cold!
It's snowing!Spirit of the game!
The band! The party was at this sketchy billiards bar, and I did a bad thing that I'm not telling anyone about, besides the people who witnessed me doing it.

Fire!
I don't think anyone felt uncomfortable about breathing in the toxic gases from the billowing smoke. It's good for you while your running and playing ultimate right?

I love bluegrass
Yonder Mountain String Band played on Thursday night, and it was quite the ho-down. Not much else in the world is more fun than dancing and listening to folk music. Mm-mmm-good.
Yonder in action.
We must be having too much fun.
Alfredo, Jen and Melonie. This picture was not in fact taken at the Yonder show. But on a side note, this is just a new photo that my brother took in the village he is living in in Bangladesh. Note: see the two paths(one is in between the tracks), well, that's a road, and the only road into and out of the city he lives.
